Policy

  1. Refunds
    We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the original purchase of a product or service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@digiqulus.com with details of your purchase and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Eligibility for Refund
    To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
    • The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
    • The product or service is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Any digital products must be unopened and still sealed.

  3. Exemptions
    Certain types of products and services are exempt from being refunded, including:
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Downloadable software products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
    • Services that have already been provided.

  4. Refund Process
    Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

  5. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  6. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@digiqulus.com.
